Rene Hinojosa is the Principal of Hiro Law. His practice focuses on US-Mexico cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures, nearshoring expansions, corporate governance and board counseling, and special situations, with an emphasis on disciplined execution and practical, business-minded advice.
Rene is admitted to practice in Mexico, Texas, and California. He attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). He advises buyers and sellers, investors and operators, and management teams on transactions across the US-Mexico corridor where stakeholder alignment, deal certainty, and cross-border workstream coordination are critical.
