Biography

Marcelo Guerra advises clients at Hiro Law on US-Mexico cross-border financings and special situations, including acquisition financing, project and working capital structures, secured lending, and financial restructurings that support transactions and nearshoring operations.

Marcelo is admitted to practice in Mexico and Texas. He attended Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). He works with companies, investors, and management teams on financing workstreams across jurisdictions, with an emphasis on practical execution, clear risk allocation, and disciplined coordination with transaction timelines.
